Our Tablet Quality Checker checks for 13 different types of visual defects in tablets and capsules. Our Camera+Machine Learning(ML) setup allows a high throughput of upto 1,50,000 articles per hour. A defect as small as 20 microns can be detected. It also has an automatic ejection system with counter.
